All or Nothing is the third studio album by British R&B singer Jay Sean and is set to be released on 23 November 2009 in the United States as the singer’s American debut album as part of the Super Monday mass album release in the US. The album will be later released in the United Kingdom on 15 February 2010 by Jayded Records.

“Down”, featuring label-mate Lil Wayne, was officially released on 30 June 2009 in the U.S. for digital download as the album’s lead single. It took the number-one spot on the U.S Billboard Hot 100 at the week date of 17 October 2009.

The album’s second single, “Do You Remember” has been announced and features Sean Paul with additional ad-libs by Lil Jon.The song has been receiving Airplay in the U.S. as of October 20, 2009 and was the #1 most added to Rhythmic Radio that same week. The radio version features the first version of the song with just Sean Paul, and the single version will be the second version of the song with Lil Jon too.
